Functional Requirement

Purpose/WHY:

[Explain the purpose of the project and the reason why this requirement has come]

  1. To meet the Japan customer requirements, a new key combination for listings with Ship-to and Collection need to be created. This is to ensure select materials are only available for the particular combination.
  2. Some customer pay at the time of delivery (COD - Cash on Delivery); to activate this provision and to charge the customer a new key need to be created with Sales Org and Payment Terms.

  1. This activity is restricted to only to Listings (condition type Z001 - NEC Listing and access sequence Z001 - NEC Listing).
  2. COD is specific to sales org and payment terms combination only.

  1. Exclusions are not dealt with in this activity.
  2. Other key combinations assigned in the access sequence are out of scope.

1. Generate new condition table KOTG927with the fields Ship-to (KUNWE) and Collection (ZZCOLLECTION) for listings under the following menu path -
SPRO>Sales & Distribution>Basic Functions>Listing/Exclusion>Maintain Condition table for listing/exclusion

2. Assign the new condition table at access number 55 to the access sequence (Z001 - NEC Listing) under the following menu path -
SPRO>Sales & Distribution>Basic Functions>Listing/Exclusion>Maintain Access Sequences for listing/exclusion

1. Add the field ZTERM (Payment Terms) to the field catalog under the following menu path -
SPRO>Sales & Distribution>Basic Functions>Pricing>Pricing Control>Define Condition Tables>Conditions:Allowed Fields.

2. Create a new condition table A987 with the fields Sales Org (VKORG) and Payment Terms (ZTERM) under the following menu path -
SPRO>Sales & Distribution>Basic Functions>Pricing>Pricing Control>Define Condition Tables>Create Condition Tables

3. Create new access sequence ZCOD - NEC Japan COD and assign the condition table 987 under the following menu path -
